Need Help Logging in to the People Portal?
This Site has been designed for Woolworths' Team Members to have a secure website accessible from home.
As access to the site is only for Team Members of Woolworths Group Limited and its associated brands, a minimum level of authentication is required. This is achieved through Google+ as every Team Member is given a Google account as part of their onboarding process.
Once you are signed-in to the People Portal, your session will remain active for 30 mins (or until you "sign-out").

Use a personal Gmail account or a generic store email
If you have followed these instructions, but need further assistance with Google+, please contact the Woolworths IT Service Desk on 1800 008 584, select your business unit, then follow the prompts for assistance.
If you do not have a Woolworths GMail account, you can activate your Google+ account details via the Activation link on the People Portal login page. Use the guide below to help you with the procedure.

The login screen for Google/Google+ asks for your email address. This is the same as your Google+ ID which will look something like this:

Note: If you have an @stores.... google account then this is not actually an email address, although it does look like one. It gives you access to a range of features other than email however. (See "What does my Google account give me access to?")

If you have more than one Google+ account, you may already be logged into with that account, and the error message will display to prompt you to log out of Google+ and re-sign in. You'll need to open a new browser tab to sign out of Google+ and then you can come back to the People Portal login page to sign in with your active Woolworths Google+ account. If you have not activated your Woolworths Google+ account yet, please select the activation button complete your activation process in AllYours. The Help Guide in the next section may assist you.

If you are already logged in to Google to access emails via a shared stores account or your personal gmail account, the browser may default to use this to login to the portal. You'll need to open a new browser tab to sign out of Google+ and then you can come back to the People Portal login page to sign in with your individual Woolworths Google+ account. If you have not activated your Woolworths Google+ account yet, please select the activation button complete your activation process in AllYours. The Help Guide in the next section may assist you.

If you have a Woolworths GMail account, you are able to reset your password via the Google login page. Just click on the link that "Need help?" when you try to log in to your email via Google. If you do not have a Woolworths GMail account, you can retrieve your Google+ account details via the link on the Activation page.

This may mean that you have previously activated your account, or you are someone that is working as a Store Manager or in a Support Office and may be allocated a full Woolworths GMail account with email attached. If you are in doubt, use the Support Form to record your issue and the Service Desk will contact you to provide assistance.

Having an individual Woolworths Google+ account allows you to access a range of information at Woolworths including:

If you are working in a store or in a distribution centre, and do not have access to Woolworths emails as an individual, or you only have access to email through a shared stores account (eg: 354coff@bigw.com.au) then your Google ID looks like an email address: joe.smith@stores.bigw.com.au. To log in to Google+ you would use this ID in the section that says "Email", however the ID is not an actual email address. You will not be able to receive emails using this individual account ID.

Your Google+ profile is synchronised using your HR Master Data. So long as your details are updated in the source system (eg: SuccessFactors or your Payroll system if you are not paid through SuccessFactors/SAP) then there is nothing extra you need to do. If there are specific details on your profile that you want to update (such as photo, hobbies etc) you can do this via the "Profile" option in the dropdown in Google+.
