Three ways to get mobile with SuccessFactors
 

1. Make SuccessFactors a favourite in your browser
 

It’s a pain if you can’t remember the link to SuccessFactors if you're out and about, or trying to access from home. You can access SuccessFactors from any internet connection with this link: http://www.woolworthslimited.com.au/successfactors

How to bookmark
 

Bookmark In Google Chrome:

Once you’re on the login screen, click the bookmark icon in the address bar.

You can then find your new bookmark via the Chrome menu.
Turn on the “Bookmarks Bar” to see it at the top of your browser window. 

 

Bookmark In Safari:

Once you’re on the login screen, click the “Add Bookmark” icon in the address bar.
You can define the name for this bookmark and add it to folders if you want.
You can then find or edit the bookmark at any time by clicking on the bookmarks icon on the address bar, and choosing the item you’ve just created.
 

2. Download the standard SuccessFactors App
 

What you can do...
 

The features of the Standard App vary depending on your device.

Basic features include: 

  • View and update your own profile.
  • Search for people and navigate through the Organisational Chart to view contact details. 
  • View your Objectives and update the status and deliverables.
  • View your Learning Plan and complete some learning content.

On the iPad, managers can also:

  • View/action items in the “To Do” list.
  • View details of direct reports.
     

Where to get it...
 

You'll find links to the Standard App from the login screen of SuccessFactors. Just navigate to http://www.woolworthslimited.com.au/successfactors on your iPad, iPhone, Android or Blackberry device and click on the links.
 

How to activate it...
 

The first time you use the Standard App on your device you will be given an activation code.

To activate your app:

  1. Log in to your SuccessFactors account through a normal browser session on your device or PC
  2. From the arrow next to your name, choose "Options"
  3. Choose on the left menu "Mobile"
  4. Enter the activation code you were given in the app, and click "Save"
  5. You can now access your account through the app on your device
     

3. Download the WOW SF Mobile App for Leave


What you can do...
 

The features of the WOW SF Mobile App focus mainly on leave.

Basic features include:

  • View leave balances
  • Apply for leave
  • View and cancel leave requests

On the iPad and Android tablet, managers can also:

  • Create, view and approve requests in the Pay-related actions “To Do” list.
     

Where to get it...
 

You'll find links to the WOW SF Mobile App from a tile that is available on your home screen in SuccessFactors. Just navigate to http://www.woolworthslimited.com.au/successfactors on your iPad, iPhone, Android tablet (OS V4.4.2) and Android phone through the browser, log in, and look for the WOW SF Mobile tile.

If you can't see the tile, you may need to scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the small "Tile Browser" to add the WOW SF Mobile tile.
 

How to activate it...
 

The first time you use the WOW SF Mobile App on your device you will be asked to enter your normal SuccessFactors User ID and password. Once entered, the app on your device will be synchronised with your main account.
 

Tips for Tablet Navigation

  • When you access the App you will see your Pay-related Actions, To-Do List and Inbox. To access other tasks use the... 
  • When populating some fields (eg: Cost Centre) you may need to select "Done" to complete the search..
